German Boat and Shipbuilders Association e.V. (DBSV) and the working group Deutsche Yachten (AGDY) would like to strengthen the users’ trust in the Internet and for that reason discloses the handling of personal data. General
As a rule, it is of utmost importance for DBSV/AGDY to protect your privacy. Therefore, the compliance with legal regulations for data protection is a matter of course. In addition it is important for us that you know at all times when we store which data and how it is used.
DBSV/AGDY shall assure that your data is treated confidentially in accordance with the German data privacy laws applicable.
When you visit our websites our web servers save by default the name of your Internet service provider, the website used for visiting us, which of our websites you visit and the date and duration of the visit. By calling the websites DBSV/AGDY receives usage data which are saved for security purposes and may permit identification (e.g. IP address, date, time and pages called).
